Chelle is a licensed clinicial social worker and a yoga instructor whose passion and purpose is helping people heal themselves by caring for their mind, body, and spirit.
Chelle has private individual therapy sessions with clients focusing on healing from childhood trauma, and teaches a weekly donation based yoga class at the African American Cultural Center in Albany, NY. She is also the author of "Balance Your Sh*t: The Chakras", a workbook focused on balancing your energy centers in an accessible way.
Chelle currently lives in Troy with her cat, her stepdog, and her partner. She loves the work she does but when she's not working she is nurturing herself in some way: by travelling, binge watching a favorite show, reading, or spending time with her small group of close friends.
